Goal
Nationally known and respected Residential Care Provider and multi-regional Domiciliary Care organization needed high staff turnover and recruitment problems solved as costs and service were having negative business impact.
Result
Developed and delivered an innovative Fast-Track Training & Recruitment Programme, recruited 168 unemployed people where 97% (163) moved to employment. After 12 months 162 were still with the same employer, the other had moved regions to get married, but still worked in Care.
